"The apartment is really well equipped, we even had coffee, salt... There is a lovely balcony as well. The location is really close to the centre as well as the main train station which is really convenient. The host is really nice as well. We felt safe."

"Quite noisy early in the morning from the street outside. Also no air conditioning so could be quite warm on super hot days."

"Low ceiling on the 2nd floor where a bed was located. Its height was about 1m which made it hard to get to the bed. I was not informed about an extra fee of 20€ for the late checkin despite I informed the host about my late arrival over 1month in advance. The host messaged me about it 1day before arrival. When I started conversation about it, I was told by the property owner that it was a private property and it was their right to apply a charge. They kept insisting that they sent me a notification - even provided a screenshot of the text template. However, after my escalation to booking.com, an advisor said that the property failed to do it. Booking.com agreed with the host not to charge it. Until then, the host required paying this fee from me. Terrible experience."
